Subprocessors

Altivum Inc. uses the following third-party sub-processors to provide the Elo platform. Each sub-processor is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data. We will update this page at least 30 days before engaging any new sub-processor.
Infrastructure and Core Services

AWS provides the following specific services used by Elo:
- Amazon Cognito — User authentication and identity management
- Amazon S3 — Storage for transcripts, analysis reports, user documents
- Amazon DynamoDB — Database for session records, user data, analysis results
- AWS AppSync — GraphQL API layer with server-side authorization
- AWS Lambda — Serverless compute for session analysis, account operations
- AWS Fargate (ECS) — Container hosting for voice server
- Amazon CloudWatch — Monitoring, logging, and alerting
- AWS Secrets Manager — Secure storage of API keys and credentials
AI and Voice Processing

All AI models are accessed through Amazon Bedrock, which ensures that your data is not used to train or improve foundation models.

Changes to Sub-processors
We will update this page at least 30 days before engaging any new sub-processor. If you have entered into a Data Processing Agreement with us, you will be notified of changes and may exercise your objection rights as described in the DPA.
